Ferdous Tushar / Architect / Umm Al Quwain, UAE
CEO & Lead Architect of Archilawn Design Studio. Founder of ferdous.Ai, where AI design apps are built for the people who draw, plan and render for a living.
The approach
Every layout, proportion and planting decision is made by a qualified architect, around the way one family actually lives. AI takes the repetition. It never takes the judgement.
Villas, gardens, courtyards and pools from the Archilawn studio, each resolved in drawings and shown in 3D before anything is built.
The opening of this page is the method in short: a measured drawing, the materials laid in one by one, then the view the client signs off.
Measured 2D drawings: layout, levels, paving, water and planting, ready for a contractor to price.
A 3D model that checks proportion, shade, sun path and circulation before anything is fixed.
Photorealistic stills and walkthroughs, so the client approves a view of the real design.
Each tool starts as something the studio needed itself. The status on every card is honest: what is being built, and what is still a concept.
A mobile-first, measured 2D landscape planning app. Draw the plot, enter real dimensions, place the house and lay out the garden.
The studio's AI colleague. Drafts proposals, documents projects and prepares replies to enquiries. Every message is approved before it is sent.
Planning assistants for architects and landscape designers working in Gulf climate. Validated with a waitlist before anything is built.
Landscape, interior and villa renovation design for homes, developers and contractors across the Gulf, the US, Canada and the UK. Delivered online as 2D drawings and photorealistic 3D, at a fixed price.
MFTS is the licensed Dubai company behind the build: interior fit-out, landscaping and gardening, under the same ownership as the design studio.
Villa and office interiors built to the approved design: partitions, ceilings, joinery, finishes and lighting.
Hardscape and softscape built from the drawings: paving, steps, planters, water features and pergolas.
Planting, soil and garden set-up chosen for the UAE climate, so the garden survives its first summer.
A five-year B.Arch from North South University, Dhaka, and more than a decade of practice across architecture, landscape, interiors and 3D visualisation. Now based in Umm Al Quwain.
Every layout, proportion, material and planting decision is made by a qualified designer, around the way one family actually lives. The tools take the repetition; the judgement stays with the architect.
A photo of the site, a rough sketch or a few lines about how you want to live there is enough to start.
